Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We have a 5-day Quality Guaranteed Policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for store credit, exchange for incorrect item, or assistance with filing a claim.
To be eligible for a store credit/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To get this started, please contact us at Blendedbdesigns@yahoo.com. Be sure to include the following:
- Order number
- Reason for request in subject bar
- pictures if applicable of products
Once received and reviewed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a store credit/exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items damaged or lost in transit, claims MUST be filed with shipping carrier but we will do our best to assist in filing a claim.
